We’re confident you’ll love your new fit — but if something’s not right, we’ve got you (within reason).
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If it’s been over 30 days — sorry babe, we can’t accept it.
What We Accept
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
• It must have all original tags still attached (if applicable)
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase
What We Don’t Accept
We do not accept returns on:
• Worn, stretched, stained, or damaged items
• Items with makeup, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear
• Sale or clearance items (all discounted sales are final)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our standards. Keep it clean and cute if you want that refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@pettypretty.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send it.
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• If rejected (due to condition), we’ll let you know via email and send the item back to you
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, simply return the one you have and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
Still waiting on your money? First check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider. If it’s still missing after 10 business days, email us at info@pettypretty.com.
Final Note
We’re a small brand with big energy — please be kind when requesting a return. We care, but we also have receipts.
